DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

All my packaging is packed in eco-friendly, recyclable or compostable materials. Laura Jade is currently ONLY shipping to the UK. There are options for both 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery in the checkout section. Please note, I will NOT be held responsible for if your order gets lost in the post unless you have upgraded your postage to ‘Signed For Postage’ or ‘Tracked Postage’. If there is a problem with your order then please get in touch within 14 days of purchase by emailing me at laurartjade@gmail.com

 

Delivery Times

 

Orders will be dispatched 5 days a week.

From when the order is dispatched, 2nd Class delivery will take 2-5 working days and 1st Class will take 1-3 working days.

 

Delivery costs

 

2nd Class: £1.55 -  £ 3.35 (2-5 working days)

1st Class: £1.95 - £4.45 (1-3 working days)

Want extra security for postage? You can upgrade your postage at the checkout section. If you choose either 'Signed For Postage' or 'Tracked Postage' then I will be held responsible for if your item is lost in the post. 

 

Signed For Postage: £3.35 - £5.55 (1-3 working days)

 Tracked Postage: £5.15 - £6.30 (1-2 working days)

Wrong address

 

If you have added the wrong delivery address to your order then please contact me immediately. If the order has already been dispatched then I cannot be held responsible for the order, however if the order has not been dispatched I will be able to change the address and there will be no charge.

 

Damaged items

 

If your items have arrived and they are in any way damaged from transit, then please get in touch by sending an email to laurartjade@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please provide a picture of any damage incurred from delivery.
