  • What is your return/exchnage policy?
    There are options for both 1st Class and 2nd Class delivery in the checkout section. Please note, I will NOT be held responsible for if your order gets lost in the post unless you have upgraded your postage to ‘Signed For Postage’ or ‘Tracked Postage’. If there is a problem with your order then please get in touch within 14 days of purchase by emailing me at laurartjade@gmail.com
  • Do you take on comissions?
    I am always happy to take on personalised/comissioned pieces. If you have an idea just drop me an email and we can have a chat and see what we can create together!
  • Do you do collaborations?
    If you are a fellow creative and would love to collaberate on something, then please drop me an email where we can have a chat and see what we can create together!
  • What delivery do you offer?
    Delivery upgrade options will be available in the check out section. If you choose Standard or 1st Class Royal Mail postage then please be aware that I will not be responsible for if your order gets lost in the post - it is only if you upgrade to ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’ postage then I will be.
  • Is my product dishwasher/microwave friendly?
    My home products are not dishwahser or microwave friendly.
  • How do I clean my home wear products?
    All items are sealed therefore you can use a damp cloth to wipe away any dirt. It is advised that you wipe away anything that may stain, such as coffee or wine, as soon as possible.
  • Do you use stainless steel earring hooks?
    I use either stainless steel or brass hooks for my jewellery pieces.
